Arts and Community Organizations

To effect change in the communities they serve, arts organizations and other cultural institutions need to function more like for-profit entities. While having a mission around which their leaders and volunteers can rally is a great starting point, it's not enough. These organizations also need a strategic direction that will provide focus that outlasts the next capital campaign, and alignment of their value propositions in order to remain relevant. Directing the passion of individuals who selflessly support these organizations is critical if together they are to realize their missions.
