Heather Jensen, Finance Manager, was the partners' first hire way back when. She has, over the years, developed much of the organization's personality as well as its nervous system. Today she manages our financial existence. You should know her dad was a banker, her mom an interior designer and artist. So Heather, of course, studied both graphic design and accounting. We haven't figured out how we were lucky enough to find a person who could grasp both worlds, but some mysteries, we know, are better just to accept and appreciate. What we have learned about designer/accountants from our observations of this one subject is, they tend to be flexible and precise, forgiving and mindful, loose and structured, serious and focused and really, very funny. And they love their big famlies of girls and a beagle and a 5-year-old goldfish named Lucky.
