Shermie. The Shermanator. The Smile. Peopledesign people begin their day with a warm greeting from Diana, who manages our office and greets our clients, and tries very hard to keep tabs on where to find all of us at any given hour. This is her third career. She was a Cobol programmer back in the days when a company's digital memory was stored in rooms bigger than the office we now occupy. She raised three kids with her husband, Stan, a general surgeon. She greets emergencies with calm intelligence.
